ADMISSION & WITHDRAWAL RULES

• 1. The school opens for admission in the first week of April every year, though registration for admission starts in the month of February. Prospectus & Registration forms are available at the school counter on payment of ₹300/-only.
• 2. Children of 4 years to L.K.G. Class. To this effect birth certificate issued by the Municipal Committee in original is to be submitted along with Aadhaar Card.
• 3. Registration does not mean guarantee of admission. The admission is granted after admission test & personal interview with the child before admission committee.
• 4. The guardian must deposit the admission form, 3 Passport size photos, photograph of parents, report card of previous class, previous school leaving certificate, family ID, Aadhaar Card and certificate regarding date of birth at the time of admission of the child. Admission is confirmed only after fulfilling all the above mentioned conditions.
• 5. In case a student leaves the school for such compulsion as transfer of parents or for health reason before completion of the session, pro rata return of deposited fee would be refunded.
• 6. Delinquent children or problem students who do not improve after two warnings will be discontinued and nore-admission is accorded in any case.
• 7. A student appearing for AISSE X class Board Exam from this school will be granted provisional admission to class XI in April beginning & his/her subjects/stream will be decided as per merit list to be drawn on the basis of the performance in the house tests/exams throughout the year including Pre-board Examination. The admission will be finalised only if one passes in all the subjects in the Board Examination.
• 8. In case of availability of seats, provisional admission to class XI for an outsider will be made purely on merit basis in the Written Admission Test to be conducted by the school. It is clearly stated that it will be merely provisional admission which will be confirmed only after the declaration of the Board Examination result, passing in all the subjects.
• 9. New academic session for Class XI will start from 3rd April 2024.
• 10. Except the case of transfer from other cities, admission is not usually made in classes X & XII. Transfer cases are recommended only if the number of students is less than the optimum limit in a section.
